We are Stijn and Andy, life partners from Flanders, Belgium, with a shared vision: to create a place where tranquility, beauty, and genuine hospitality take center stage.
That dream brought us to Auxon, in the Aube, where nature and silence immediately set the right tone.

Taste the soul of the region
About a forty-minute drive away lies Troyes , a historic city known for its half-timbered houses, cobblestone streets, and Gothic churches. The Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul Cathedral and the Museum of Modern Art serve as cultural anchors within a lively city center with cafes, markets, and artisan shops.
The Aube is also known for its viticulture. In Les Riceys , the only village in France with three AOCs, refined champagnes are produced, including the Rosé des Riceys. Small champagne houses offer tastings by appointment, often led by the producer themselves.
In addition to champagne, cider from the Pays d'Othe, regional dishes, and local markets are part of the gastronomic landscape. Markets in Troyes, Chaource, and Ervy-le-Châtel bring producers and visitors together directly.
